I started doing CrossFit in 2012 and absolutely fell in love with everything about it. The encouragement and support in the CrossFit community is like no other. I’m a mom of three and in the best shape of my life!

I’m very passionate about health, fitness, and what CrossFit has to offer. I strive to be the best coach and athlete I can be. My goal is to help my clients achieve whatever goal they are chasing and change lives.


Reggie Coker

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

I was born and raised in Palestine, where I continue to live. I am married to my best friend and love of my life. I have three beautiful children, (2 sons and a daughter), and my wife and I are proud foster parents.

I have been involved in sports since I was a small child. I have a background in baseball, football, basketball, and track. I still try to challenge myself athletically, through canoe racing, 5 K’s, Spartan Races, and cycling. I have a passion for sports and fitness.

I have been doing CrossFit since 2012. There is no other form of training that has ever pushed me to my limits, and challenged me like CrossFit. There’s no other feeling like PR-ing a lift or getting the best time in a WOD.

I want to help others achieve their fitness goals, and join me in the comradery that CrossFit provides.

Ashlyn Statham

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

I’m 23 years old and was born in Palestine, but moved around growing up. I started running when I was 14 and did cross country and track all 4 years of high school, but never really had any experience lifting until my senior year in which I did powerlifting. After high school I didn’t really go to the gym and lift; I ran half marathons here and there but never really fully committed myself to any fitness routine. After college I moved back to Palestine and started CrossFit in December 2016. With me being a shy person back then it took a lot of guts to walk into a gym to a bunch of strangers, but the coaches and members here at CrossFit Palestine made me feel right at home and helped me each step of the way. Since then I’ve been challenged to the core both mentally and physically. CrossFit has made me more outgoing, confident, and healthy and I’m so stoked to be able to help and challenge others to feel the same way.

Michelle Johnson

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

In September of 2016, on my 43rd birthday, I attended my very first CrossFit class and have been hooked ever since! I grew up playing softball and performed in tap, ballet and jazz recitals. As an adult, I became a distance runner, running 5k’s up to a half marathon. However that wasn’t giving me the overall fitness I desired. With CrossFit, I am able to get fit in all areas…cardio, strength, and functional movements.

The CrossFit community is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. We are like family…everyone encourages and supports each other. I can’t wait to watch my boxmates each week! I get so excited watching everyone push through and do things they didn’t think they could do when they first walked through those doors. From the youngest to the oldest member, they give it their all. Right down to the last second on the clock, watching others get that last rep in is something that’s hard to put into words. It is phenomenal to watch our box mates be encouraging, supportive and do work! And seeing the faces of each athlete as they get a new PR or even “simply” completing the workout….THAT is what I enjoy. THAT is what warms my spirit. And THAT is what I look forward to each day.

Jaclyn Taylor

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

I’m 31 years old and the mother of 4! I was always athletic through high school and loved to run. My husband actually found crossFit and said hey let’s try this out! So we did and I have never looked back! I have been doing CrossFit for three years and I love it! It has definitely become my passion! CrossFit has a way of making you more confident in yourself and pushing past those comfort zones! There is nothing like hitting that new PR! The WODS challenge you in a new way everyday and the community of people you come into contact with is unAlike any other! Everyone is so encouraging and supportive of each other! Your fitness and overall health is one of the most important things in life and I want to help you reach your goals! I want to challenge you to try new things and push to that next level!

Joey Windham

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

I am 30 years old and grew up in Lufkin. Growing up I played every sport I could up until high school where my primary focus was on golf. I continued to play golf through college at Hill College then ended up playing for Ut Tyler. I have been doing CrossFit for around 5 years now. Before that I went to the gym and lifted weights, but like for most people after a while it became monotonous. Then one year I watched the CrossFit games and it opened my eyes to a whole new world. I think within a week I joined a CrossFit gym and found something that I had been looking for ever since I quit competing for golf. And its not just the competition of lifting the most weight or having the fastest time; it’s the community. When you go to a CrossFit class you are all a team and are all there for the same goal; to get healthier. And if you happen to miss a day I can guarantee someone will ask you where you were; as opposed to conventional gyms where your attendance is submisable. CrossFit has, by far, the best community and sense of unity in the fitness industry and that’s what lead me to want to teach and give someone the push to do something that they may have never thought possible or even to just get a little better.
