CrossFit has changed my life in many ways since I started it in 2014. It has made me stronger both physically and mentally, improved my confidence and has brought many friendships and opportunities into my life.

I love the exhilaration I feel when I reach a goal I have set for myself and enjoy helping others reach their goals. I strive to bring joy into the gym and to create a comfortable and positive environment for people to come into.

Outside the gym I enjoy participating in runs, triathlons and community events.I also enjoy taking fitness into kitchen by creating healthy meals for my husband and I to fuel our bodies with.

Reggie Coker

I was born and raised in Palestine, where I continue to live. I am married to my best friend and love of my life. I have three beautiful children,(2 sons and a daughter), and my wife and I are proud foster parents.

I have been involved in sports since I was a small child. I have a background in baseball, football, basketball, and track. I still try to challenge myself athletically, through canoe racing, 5 K’s, Spartan Races, and cycling. I have a passion for sports and fitness.

I have been doing CrossFit since 2012. There is no other form of training that has ever pushed me to my limits, and challenged me like CrossFit. There’s no other feeling like PR-ing a lift or getting the best time in a WOD.

I want to help others achieve their fitness goals, and join me in the comradery that CrossFit provides.

I started doing CrossFit in 2012 and absolutely fell in love with everything about it. The encouragement and support in the CrossFit community is like no other. I’m a mom of three and in the best shape of my life!

I’m very passionate about health, fitness, and what CrossFit has to offer. I strive to be the best coach and athlete I can be. My goal is to help my clients achieve whatever goal they are chasing and change lives.

I am 38 years young and a wife and mother of 7. I’ve been a Fitness Coach for 11 years now, and I absolutely love to teach! I have taught a variety of classes and one on one for a broad range of fitness levels! I am very passionate about living a healthy lifestyle & am committed to giving you the right tools & knowledge to begin your journey.

My personal fitness journey began in my 20’s & I found a love for distance running. I have ran many, many races from 5k’s all the way to marathons & even some obstacle races. Then I decided to dig into more the strength side of fitness & dove into bodybuilding. From there I began intrigued with CrossFit! It’s such a great balance of both strength & conditioning!! It was hard, it was challenging and that’s What I LOVE! After a weeks worth of classes I was totally hooked!

Fitness is a lifelong journey that never ends. It’s a journey that will break you down, rebuild you, and have you radiating a new beautiful confidence! I look forward to coaching you as you began your fitness journey.

I’m 23 years old and I have been doing CrossFit for about 2 years. During the first year, I trained on my own and did maybe 3 wods a week. The other days of the week, I trained at a 24 hour fitness gym because I did not believe CrossFit would get me the results that I wanted.

As months went by, I noticed myself wanting to do more and more CrossFit wods. I soon became hooked and did not want to train any other way. When I found out about the CrossFit Games, and the abilities of the athletes that competed in the Games, I knew that was something I wanted to do. I wanted to compete.

After my first year of doing CrossFit workouts, a box opened up in my town. That box was CrossFit Palestine. I did my very first CrossFit Open event here, which was the 2017 Open. During that Open, I helped judge all of the members from the box. That was when I knew I wanted to be some kind of help to the gym. So I asked around to see what I could do to help, and the box actually sent me to get my Lvl 1 Trainer Certificate. It was an unbeleivable experience!

I now coach here and there at CrossFit Palestine and train almost every day. I love knowing that I am there to help other people get stronger, faster, leaner, and overall happy about themselves. My biggest goals at the moment are to make it to the Regional level and to become a coach that everyone wants to train with. Come join me and the other amazing coaches we have here at CrossFit Palestine.

Like most people I was active in high school and played all the sports from basketball, baseball football and track. When I went to college it became more difficult to stay active. I started gaining weight and did not like the change that was happening. I then got a membership to 24 Hour Fitness. I worked out for 3 years at the gym and became bored with the same routine. I started searching for different workouts and different ways to achieve the fitness level I was seeking. That was when I came across CrossFit. I started doing some of the WODs inside the gym but realized I needed more of these types of workouts. I joined a CrossFit gym in Dallas and have been hooked ever since.

I love coaching the Olympic lifts and gymnastics. There is no better feeling of moving a hunk of metal from the ground to over your head and then to turn around and do a muscle up like the olympic gymnasts. No other sport or workout combines all of the modalities that CrossFit strives to achieve.

I’m 23 years old and was born in Palestine, but moved around growing up. I started running when I was 14 and did cross country and track all 4 years of high school, but never really had any experience lifting until my senior year in which I did powerlifting. After high school I didn’t really go to the gym and lift; I ran half marathons here and there but never really fully committed myself to any fitness routine. After college I moved back to Palestine and started CrossFit in December 2016. With me being a shy person back then it took a lot of guts to walk into a gym to a bunch of strangers, but the coaches and members here at CrossFit Palestine made me feel right at home and helped me each step of the way. Since then I’ve been challenged to the core both mentally and physically. CrossFit has made me more outgoing, confident, and healthy and I’m so stoked to be able to help and challenge others to feel the same way.

In September of 2016, on my 43rd birthday, I attended my very first CrossFit class and have been hooked ever since! I grew up playing softball and performed in tap, ballet and jazz recitals. As an adult, I became a distance runner, running 5k’s up to a half marathon. However that wasn’t giving me the overall fitness I desired. With CrossFit, I am able to get fit in all areas…cardio, strength, and functional movements.

The CrossFit community is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. We are like family…everyone encourages and supports each other. I can’t wait to watch my boxmates each week! I get so excited watching everyone push through and do things they didn’t think they could do when they first walked through those doors. From the youngest to the oldest member, they give it their all. Right down to the last second on the clock, watching others get that last rep in is something that’s hard to put into words. It is phenomenal to watch our box mates be encouraging, supportive and do work! And seeing the faces of each athlete as they get a new PR or even “simply” completing the workout….THAT is what I enjoy. THAT is what warms my spirit. And THAT is what I look forward to each day.

My goal is to help you become the best version of you and have fun doing it!
